What is the warranty period for Crestar ceiling fans?
Crestar offers a limited lifetime warranty for 10 years for the motor, a 2-year warranty for LED Light, 1-year for spare parts and on-site warranty. Crestar Warranty Card and Purchase Invoice must be provided for servicing.

Does Crestar offer installation services for their ceiling fans?
Yes, Crestar offers professional installation services for their ceiling fans at an additional cost.
Installation Fees to be paid directly to the installer:
- Normal concrete ceiling: $50 per fan (less than 3m in height)
- False ceiling: $150 per fan (less than 3m in height)
*Additional charges apply for ceiling heights above 3m and removal of fixtures.
Can I install a Crestar ceiling fan on a sloped ceiling?
Yes, Crestar ceiling fans come with a ball joint mounting system that allows for installation on sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees.
